Words from our Founder, Naomi Edwards
The name RowBe is more than a label, it is the essence of who I am and why I do what I do. At its core, RowBe represents legacy, strength, and the pursuit of excellence.
The name was born from the two people who shaped me most: my parents, Rowan and BeBe (Brunilda) Edwards. Their love, resilience, and unwavering belief in me laid the foundation for me to be the woman that I have become. Every value I carry, discipline, compassion, perseverance, and the drive to not just succeed but to excel, was cultivated by their example.
RowBe Consulting is my way of honoring them. It is a reminder that I stand on the foundation they built, and that everything I create, cultivate, or contribute is rooted in that same spirit. My desire to lead, serve, and deliver with excellence is not just about personal ambition, it is about carrying their legacy forward.
RowBe is more than a name. It is heritage. It is purpose. It is anointing. It is the reason behind the woman I am today.

Our Founder
Naomi Edwards is the owner and CEO of RowBe Consulting LLC. Within RowBe Consulting, Naomi works with several clients to direct and oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for organizational events, creative elements, and communications processes.
Born and raised in New York City to two loving parents who instilled the values of hard work, faith, and advocacy, Naomi recognized her ability to assess, strategize and problem-solve at a very young age and it has followed her throughout her life and in her leadership.
During the height of the pandemic, the Bronx native felt led to strike out on her own and begin her Events & Communications business. She found a special niche in the hybrid and donor cultivation space, using her live event knowledge to bolster experiential immersion gatherings for all.
“While operating within the event industry, I've learned the importance of being an effective communicator, a source of creativity, and a non-anxious presence in a space that can be stress-inducing for many. I have a deep desire to create valuable experiences within events that help to serve my clients' organizational mission and vision. Through research, experience, and care, I desire to see the event catalyze attendees to champion my clients’ vision for years to come. ”Attendees won't remember every bit of an event, but they will never forget how they felt throughout their time and it is my goal to curate an unforgettable experience.”
